When you hold resentment towards another it ultimately harms you, and only you.  Forgiveness is not for the other person it is for you.  Unfortunately to many people hold on to such negativity and then they sabotage their own lives, their health and well being.  In my book I talk about the power of “Releasing”, “moving forward” and “thriving” in the face adversity.  Don’t allow yourself to accept anything less.book 3-2
