WHY I DO THIS WORK
Build. Lose. Rebuild.
I know what it is to build, lose and rebuild. My own experience of betrayal in business changed how I understood trust, success and the demands that come with wealth.
After betrayal, I questioned my judgment and lost confidence. Rebuilding was faster the second time, but it was still painful.
That experience is part of why Capacity sits at the center of my work: the ability to carry responsibility, remain discerning and have room for the life you are building.
Wealth Is In™ grew from that question. It brings attention to the person holding the success and the foundation that person can keep developing.

Tonja’s perspective comes from building businesses, working with people navigating consequential money decisions and her own experience of loss and rebuilding.
Wealth has practical demands. It also has a personal dimension: the relationships you want to be present for, the responsibility you want to carry well and the freedom to enjoy what you create.
Capacity gives that part of success a place to develop. The aim is to build room for considered choices, useful boundaries, support and continued participation in the life that matters to you.
