Our Commitment

At the NeuroSomatic Wealth Institute™ we work at the intersection of nervous system science, somatic healing, and wealth building. Because this work touches the whole person — body, mind, and financial life — we hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity, safety, and professional excellence. Every coach, practitioner, and team member within our organization commits fully to these principles.

Section 1: Professional Standards

Uphold This Code Every member of our organization upholds these ethical principles in all interactions — including coaching, mentoring, training, content creation, and public representation of the brand and methodology.

Honest Representation We make only truthful, accurate claims about our services, qualifications, methods, and outcomes. We never overstate results, fabricate testimonials, or imply guarantees where none exist.

Non-Discrimination We serve all clients with equal respect regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, age, disability, or economic background.

Intellectual Integrity We honor and credit the work of others. We claim ownership only of original work and properly attribute sources, research, and methodologies that inform our practice.

Fitness to Practice We recognize when personal circumstances, health challenges, or unresolved issues may impair our ability to serve clients effectively. In those moments we seek appropriate support and adjust our practice accordingly.

Confidentiality We treat all client information — shared in sessions, forms, emails, or any other format — as strictly confidential. We never disclose client information without explicit written consent unless legally required to do so.

Record Management We maintain, store, and dispose of client records in a manner that protects privacy, ensures security, and complies with applicable data protection laws including CCPA and GDPR where applicable.

Section 2: Nervous System Safety and Scope of Practice

This section is unique to our work and reflects the somatic nature of what we do.

Scope Awareness

The Reset to R.I.S.E.™ method and all NeuroSomatic Wealth Institute™ programs are educational and coaching-based. They are not therapy, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or clinical mental health services. We clearly communicate this distinction to every client.

Trauma-Informed Practice

We recognize that nervous system work can surface deep emotional material. All practitioners are trained to hold space responsibly, recognize when a client needs clinical support, and make appropriate referrals without hesitation.

No Harm

We never use our knowledge of nervous system responses, somatic practices, or psychological frameworks to manipulate, exploit, or create dependency in clients. The goal of this work is always client autonomy, not reliance on the practitioner.

Referral Responsibility

When a client's needs exceed the scope of coaching — including but not limited to clinical trauma, active mental health crises, suicidal ideation, or medical concerns — we promptly refer them to qualified professionals and support that transition with care.

Section 3: Client Relationships

Clear Agreements Before beginning any coaching engagement we establish clear written agreements covering the scope of work, confidentiality, financial arrangements, cancellation policies, and the limits of the coaching relationship.

Appropriate Boundaries We maintain professional boundaries that protect the integrity of the coaching relationship. We are particularly mindful of power dynamics inherent in the coach-client relationship and never exploit them.

No Romantic or Sexual Relationships We never engage in romantic or sexual relationships with current clients, students, mentees, program participants, or supervisees. This boundary is absolute and non-negotiable.

Client Autonomy We respect every client's right to make their own decisions, including the right to pause or end the coaching relationship at any time. We never use pressure, urgency, or emotional manipulation to retain clients.

Equitable Treatment Every client receives the same standard of care and professional attention regardless of the level of program they have purchased or the form of compensation received.

Section 4: Financial Integrity

Transparent Pricing We communicate all fees, payment terms, refund policies, and financial arrangements clearly and in writing before any purchase is made.

Affiliate and Compensation Disclosure We disclose all affiliate relationships, referral compensation, and third-party arrangements that may influence our recommendations. Clients have the right to know when a recommendation may result in financial benefit to us.

No Predatory Sales Practices We never use high-pressure sales tactics, manufactured scarcity, or fear-based messaging to compel purchases. Our marketing reflects the true value of our work — not urgency designed to override a client's better judgment.

Results Transparency We present testimonials and case studies honestly. We clearly communicate that individual results vary and that outcomes depend on many factors including the client's own commitment, circumstances, and nervous system readiness.

Section 5: Marketing and Public Communication

Truth in Marketing All marketing materials, landing pages, social media content, emails, and public communications accurately represent our services, methodology, and expected outcomes.

Privacy Protection We never sell, rent, or share client data with third parties for marketing purposes. We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services and communicate transparently about how that data is used.

Compliance All marketing activities comply with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, GDPR, FTC guidelines on endorsements and testimonials, and Meta and Google advertising policies.

Platform Non-Endorsement We clearly disclose that our programs and content are not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform or technology company.

Section 6: Continuing Development

Commitment to Growth We actively pursue ongoing education in nervous system science, somatic practices, coaching methodology, trauma-informed approaches, and wealth psychology. We hold ourselves to an evolving standard of excellence — not a fixed one.

Community Contribution We contribute to the broader coaching and somatic wellness community by sharing knowledge, supporting emerging practitioners, and advancing the credibility of this field.

Section 7: Ethics Violations

Reporting Any member of our organization who becomes aware of an ethics violation — by themselves or others — has a responsibility to address it appropriately, including reporting to relevant professional bodies or legal authorities when necessary.

Accountability We hold ourselves accountable to this Code without exception. When we fall short we acknowledge it, make it right, and use it as an opportunity to strengthen our practice.

The Pledge

The NeuroSomatic Wealth Institute™ and all members of The Wealth Is In™ Movement organization acknowledge and agree to honor our ethical and legal obligations to our clients, our community, and the profession of somatic coaching.

We pledge to uphold this Code in every interaction — not because we are required to, but because the people who trust us with their nervous systems, their finances, and their most vulnerable growth deserve nothing less.

We commit to being worthy of that trust.
